Read deeply.
Teach generously.
Lead by example.

A scholar advancement program for disciplined readers and community educators.

Project IQ is a structured academic leadership initiative that cultivates young readers into critical thinkers — and then into tutors. Members assemble into chapter book clubs, master literature through the Centum Libri study library, and earn their progression by teaching what they’ve learned.

Mastery is measured. Service is counted. Recognition follows, in that order.

§ 01 · Philosophy

Three principles carried through every chapter.

I.
Mastery before
recognition.
II.
Service before
status.
III.
Discipline before
leadership.
§ 02 · Activity

Chapters meet in two stages — study, then service.

I
Self-Development

The Book Club

Chapters of five or more convene to read literature and work through study packs — presentations, guides, worksheets, quizzes, activities — drawn from the Centum Libri library. Meetings reinforce the reading through discussion and peer presentation.

Outcome  →  Expert knowledge of the title
II
Volunteer Service

The Tutoring Circle

Members who have mastered a title become qualified to tutor younger students one-on-one. They guide the reading, answer questions, and serve as a reading buddy and motivator — using the same study materials that shaped their own mastery.

Outcome  →  Documented tutoring hours
§ 03 · Advancement

An XP ledger, and a twenty-rung ascent.

Experience Points System

Points accrue across three streams — mastery, effort, and influence — on a single lifetime ledger.

5XP
per completed book
1XP

5XP

(1 book taught to 1 student)

XP is used for:

🏆Leveling System · Lifetime Progression
