Project IQ is a structured academic leadership initiative that cultivates young readers into critical thinkers — and then into tutors. Members assemble into chapter book clubs, master literature through the Centum Libri study library, and earn their progression by teaching what they’ve learned.
Mastery is measured. Service is counted. Recognition follows, in that order.
Chapters of five or more convene to read literature and work through study packs — presentations, guides, worksheets, quizzes, activities — drawn from the Centum Libri library. Meetings reinforce the reading through discussion and peer presentation.
Members who have mastered a title become qualified to tutor younger students one-on-one. They guide the reading, answer questions, and serve as a reading buddy and motivator — using the same study materials that shaped their own mastery.
Members accumulate Experience Points across the activity year (April 1–March 31): one point per study pack completed, and one point per student per hour tutored. Levels must be earned sequentially — advancement requires both the XP total and the book-completion minimum.
